Field Supervisor Position
for EA|CM
Engberg Anderson is seeking an energetic individual with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of services to match the needs of a complex client base. This position will require the ability to work independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Applicants must have considerable experience and in-depth knowledge of construction management and its application to our clients' needs. Prefer 10 years of experience in progressively responsible construction positions and a college degree in related field. Must possess strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to represent the corporation to client, be hard-working with demonstrated analytical skill, and available to travel as required to fit project needs.
This position is responsible for the supervision, coordination, and motivation of all reporting personnel and directs the formulation of policies, programs, and procedures as they relate to assigned areas. In addition, the person selected will assist the partners and principals in providing overall leadership to the company in achieving desired profit and growth objectives.
