The Waukesha Memorial Hospital Parking Facility, located on the south west corner of the hospital campus, replaces a surface parking lot with a new 960 space structure. The three level concrete structure, built into a steep slope, includes a new dedicated ambulance drive, underground water retention system, and an underground employee conector back to the existing hospital. The building's facade is comprised of buff colored architecutral precast concrete panels, perforated metal screen wall, and an illuminated translucent panel system which acts as a beacon to the community. The structure is designed to add an additional three levels of parking to meet the future needs of the growing hospital.
