Aimed at providing Appleton with a vibrant interconnected community environment, RiverHeath is a new development that will reclaim a dormant industrial waterfront site. The site, comprised of 15 acres along the Fox River in the heart of Appleton, WI within walking distance of Lawrence University and College Avenue. The development will combine multi-unit housing, office and retail, and feature parklike green space between the buildings and river. With sustainability as a priority, RiverHeath is LEED-ND (Neighborhood Development) registered and certification is anticipated.
